For the graphic arts biennial of Slovenia, which in this version proposed new supports for the concept of printing, I presented the project "interference in television stations".
The project consisted of frozen images appearing in programs, films, commercials or soap- operas during regular TV programming. Images suggesting genetic manipulation, social control or warnings about TVs, etc. were acquired from television itself, manipulated in computer and then returned to the television.
This public art project was intended to deal with the concept of "instantaneous prints", for the images should remain frozen for about 2 minutes within normal TV programs. My intention was that at that moment, all TVs would be transformed into a work of art, with the advantage of the support already being inside people's houses.
